FAQ
If you have provided an incorrect measurement, transbinders can unfortunately not refund you. However, you can send it back for alterations, but all the couriering costs will need to be covered by you.
Large-chested people have a higher chance of not deriving as much benefit from a binder than those with smaller chest circumferences. In these cases, it is important to not have unrealistic expectations of a binder’s ability to flatten a chest.
Wash by hand in cold water. Do not tumble dry – it will decrease the elasticity of the material.
You can, but this is not recommended as the material may wear.
Couriering usually takes 3 – 5 days, depending on which service is used.
Yes, but if you live in a remote area, the couriering service may take a few days longer.
Please email or WhatsApp (see the Contact tab on this website) to place your order, with your specifications. Your binder will be posted to you once payment has been received for the binder and the couriering fee.
Yes, PEP stores uses PAXI for R60, but this option may take a few days longer.
Yes – the binder will be in a plastic courier bag, and the contents of the parcel will be labelled ‘T-shirt’.
